We all have a universal need to connect with ourselves and with others. This workshop offers a way of communicating that leads us to give from the heart. We offer a guide in reframing how we express ourselves and hear others. Instead of using habitual, automatic reactions, our words become conscious responses based firmly on an awareness of what we are perceiving, feeling and wanting.

I see this as the work of inner transition - Heart and Soul. Meditation is a powerful tool for integrating the inner shifts we need to make, as well as strengthening us personally. The goddess in question is Mother Nature. The rights of Mother Earth and our connection with her is an important part of transition.

Permaculture is the harmonious integration of landscape and people — providing their food, energy, shelter, and other material and non-material needs in a sustainable way.
The philosophy behind permaculture is one of working with, rather than against, nature; of protracted and thoughtful observation rather than protracted and thoughtless action; of looking at systems in all their functions, rather than asking only one yield of them; and allowing systems to demonstrate their own evolutions.
