MEET WITH US: Monday 7 July
TIME: 7 - 9 pm
VENUE: ‘The Castle’, 327 Willis St, Aro Valley (big yellow building!)

FEATURING: Film “Power of Community: How Cuba Survived Peak Oil”, an inspiring account of Cuba’s transition to self-sufficiency and resilience.

The film will be followed by tea and bikkies and facilitated discussion about what we can do right here in Wellington to build more resilient communities.

Displays and Information. Gold coin koha.

Transition Towns are communities actively seeking solutions to the issues of climate change and peak oil by creating local responses.
Their aim is to create strong, resilient communities that tread lightly on the earth.
