Wish list for Organic Food Co-op:

• Scales for weighing goods, TT prefers non electric old fashioned lead weight scales, but they will need to be accurate.
• Big buckets with lids, food grade quality.
• Scoops, tongs, ladles, for self service of dried goods and things like tahini.
• Funnels for pouring oils
• Strong shelving and someone to install them
• Baskets
• Stationery, such as paper for printing orders out, masking tape for attaching orders to boxes
• Staff, including accountant
• Local suppliers of fresh and processed goods (eg jams, breads)
• Cash funds for buying food in bulk

• Chairs for meetings
