Paul Bruce is a Lead Forecaster at the MetService, He has been active on environmental issues since his university years (BSc Phy) in the early 70s, including campaigns on native forests, nuclear proliferation, sustainable living, whaling, climate change and peak oil. Currently he is president of appropriate Technology and Living association (ATLA) and an active member of Sustainable Energy Form (SEF)
