Transition Timaru

Transition Timaru is a local grassroots initiative which aims to tackle the twin challenges of peak oil and climate change. It is hoped to achieve this  by building local resilience, reconnecting our community and strengthening the local economy.

Our food subgroup formed on 27/07/09, and is actively working on a number of projects.
